MTN data users experienced network fluctuation and very slow upload and download speed recently.
Messages were sent to mtn customers regarding the issue they were trying to resolve with their internet services.
In their message, they wrote
"Yello. We apologize for the slow data speeds and difficulty with accessing the internet. Please bear with us as we work to resolve the issue. Thank you".
After a couple of hours, another message was sent by MTN to their customers.
"Dear customer. Thank you for your patience. We're glad to report that we have resolved all isssues with our internet service. We apologize for the inconvenience.
So many MTN users received free Data as compensation, some received 100MB, some 500MB.
